How can i apply for 15 days ROC Training ? Can i apply After clearing all papers of professional programme and training completed at least for 12 months ?

First you need to visit the nearest ICSI office in ur city and collect the ROC Training letter
Then present the said letter to the ROC officials and also u can ask more details at the time of collection of letter from ICSI

lets wait for some other expert advise... because til now i hadnt done any trainings... or even not heard abt this 15 days training..
so wil check abt my due trainings...
else i wil suggest directly ask from icsi officials.. as the link given by you had email id of icsi official also
