What is a cross offer in contracts?
Why cant one of these cross offers be construed as a valid acceptance?

cross offer means exchanging identical offer to each other. It can not be a valid contract because there should be an offer by one party and accepting to that particular offer there to. :- @ shekhar:- @
Hey narsimha during cross offers one imp. condition is not fulfilled-"OFFER MUST BE COMMUNICATED."So Cross Offers cant be considered as valid acceptance.
