Dear Gourab,

1.credit sales will add with sales in the relevant financial year and debtor will increase in balance sheet

2.credit sales effect will NIL in cash statement

1. Debtors balance. (sales only in PandL account).

2. No more effects in cash except Your receipts against the sales.
