Credit rating service

Credit Rating Services is classified as a Technical Service and thus will attract a TDS of 2% wef 01–04–2020 under section 194J.

However if the amount of such sum or the aggregate of the amounts of such sums credited or paid or likely to be credited or paid during the financial year does not exceed Rs 30,000 then no need to deduct TDS.
