Yes,You can Take credit of 50% in the year received and remining 50% Subsequent financial year.
Shipping Address must be your company address.
Then its is eligible for credit.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
