Credit of service tax

Dear all,,, one query If one firm is engaged in both trading nd servicing... will the credit of service tax is available in full or not e.g., service tax paid on rent of dat premises,, service tax on electricity bill or telephone bill.. nd one more question... will the credit of service tax paid on restaurants bill is available..!!!!??!!
