Credit of input services for builders
Are builders allowed to take 100% input credit of all input services if they are using composition scheme on their output collection?Or is there any specific criteria for utilisation of such input credit?

All eligible input service credits are available to a builder whether claiming 70% abatement or under the 40% ( original works) or 70% ( others).
Credits beyond 1 year restricted under the CCR 2004.
