Credit of excise duty paid on purchase of capital good

suppose i have a manufacturing business of plastic chair....in the current financial year 2012-2013  in which business commences our turnover is in exemption limit(1.5 crore).we have registration with excise department....we have purchased a machine paying excise duty of rupees 5 lakh....now if we do not take 50% of excise duty paid on purchase of machine in financial year 2012-2013.can we utilise full 100%(including that 50%) in subsequent years.........

Yes. U can take 100% credit in the next financial year in terms of rule 4 of the cenvat credit rules.
