Credit of Duty paid on inputson goods purchased from S E Z

Can we claim CVD & Edu Cess as Cenvat credit while filing ER-1,on goods purchased from SEZ units.Regarding this you have of details of  Rule 3  of the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004
