since GST aims at unified tax rate and aims to achieve cascading effect,why tax paid on purchases as CGST is not allowing for the payment of SGST and vice versa.
Then it not affecting the consumer price and please explain where that tax already paid is going

what my doubt is in every stage of sale we have to pay CGST and SGST then obviously the sgst payment will made through the credit in SGST and cgst will be made through CGST credit
Then when will the concept of utilizing credit of CGST for the payment of SGST occurs and vice versa will occur.
