If a dealer paid cess 12% on purchasing cold drinks after then Gst 28% tax then is Cess will also will be treated as input credit or what ? should we taken it as Input ?

cuss paid on purchase shall be treated as credit and same shall be utilized only towards output liability of cess I.e. cess to be paid on sale of item.

so we should also collect it from the customer and treated as output and the paid cess while purchasing is treated as input
