We import goods at our unit in uttaranchal by paying CVD and SAD. Aftr manufacturing the final product ,we pay CST @ 2% on sales. Can we claim the input tax credit of SAD ?

You can avial the cenavt credit of sad against excise duty payable on final manufacture product.

but uttaranchal is an excise free zone...can we still claim cenvat credit or refund on SAD?
