As per my personal opinion, you have to show net of debit and credit transactions in coloumn.....

but in which section of utility? it is sale I. Aug 17 as B2CS SINCE SALE TO UNREGISTERED. credit note issued in jan18 now how to show it in GSTR1
I guess that i think in colomn No. 7...... uss baat koi fark nhi padta kab ka Debit and credit note hai.... vo kab issue hua vo important hai....
