1.Can i issue two or more credit note aginest one sales bill ?
2.If my credit note value is more than laibility how i can show in GSTR-3B
3. import export licance are compulsary for export sales ?

1. No, you face problem in return filing
2. In 3b show it to Next month or increase in ITC , but in GSTR 1 ,you can show in CNT tab
