It seem that portal is allowing to upload credit notes for supply done in FY 17-18.
is there any order or notification for the same?

GST allow you to issue credit .or Debit note but ,section 34 of CGST .,Act Supplier cannot Reduce his Tax liability or Recepient cannot Reduce the ITC for the FY 2017-18 or FY 18-19
