when credit note is raised and uploaded in GSTR 1 and when we are filing the GSTR 3b we have to adjust that...
here if credit note is of IGST liability ...
If in the current month we are not having IGST output can it be adjusted against CGST and SGST....output and can we deduct output liability...

No......... you cannot adjust IGST output Reverse by Credit against CGST/SGST output.

If I can't adjust the liability against CGST and SGST output then how can I reduce my liability if there is no IGST liability...pls tell me...

You revere it while making postings to the ledger it will get adjusted.
