kindly advise if GST charge at higher rate and later credit note raised for differential. In GSTR-1 return which figure to be shown as taxable value and what will be the tax %.

Ex. if tax charged 28% instead of 18%. the diff is 10%. now how to enter this %, since there is no GST rate 10%.

i think original invoice rate of previous rate will be applicable now also because credit note raised for the old one
