Buyer will reverse the GST Tax in his next GSTR 3B return .

sir actually that credit issued by seller for incentives amount without Gst deduction what to do sir

Yes...
If it's incentives / Discount then You can account it without GST and You can account normal accounting procedure...
No need show in GST returns.
