Dear Ash*t Adhikari.,
Your query is not fully cleared...
1. If the material sell to Inter state supply. Then the Customer ll be given the Debit note as IGST...
2. If the material sell to Intra state Supply. Then the Customer ll be given the Debit note as CGST & SGST
Also in this case Debit Note is not like that the dealing Change of the Tax regime.
So, the customer ll be given Tax Invoice (As Sales Invoice) is better way for the Tax purpose...
