We have received credit note from our supplier without charging gst.
Credit note received against fulfill of target or quantity scheme or any other scheme/gift etc.
supplier not charged gst nor upload ed in gst portal. Please clarify in this regard from our side.

Yes as per Circular 92/11/2019 GST he can issue Financial Credit Note
