My bank charged me a finance charges on my credit card with GST .. ON clarity they refunded the charges but deny refunding the GST claiming they cannot refund the same ..

Beacuse Your Bank Deposit GST on Bank Charges to GST Department
Yes GST is applicable on intt. Of credit card , as per noti 12/2017, interest exempted other then credit card (s.no.27)
