In case financials could not be signed by 30-11-2021, how UDIN can be generated and complying Companies Act provision of AGM also. UDIN generation time limit is 60 days.
If couldn't, it's consequences ?

In my opinion, AGM should be hold on 30.11 and can be adjourned stating the accounts are not finalized a nd on a later date the adjourned AGM can be held when accounts got finalized.
