Creation of charge prior to mca 21 introduction

Dear sir

One of our client company has applied for creation of charge in year 2004 and form 8 was acknowledged by the ROC, Bangalore.

But now the company came to know that the said charge was not reflected in index of charges in MCA portal. 

Kindly assist us what can be done  in this respect.
