Creation of charge on land at midc
The Company has a land at MIDC, it wants to create charge on that leasehold land, whether a company can create a charge on such land ?

Yes charge can be very well created, but before that you have to take letter of consent from MIDC for creation of charge and enter into tripartite agreement for the same.

The Copmpny has given me tripartiate agreement but not the consent letter from MIDC. Please guide me wheteher Ii should get consent letter also ?
