creating mail id on icai.org

i m student of ca final year. and i want to create my mail id on icai.org but there is problem occur that whenever i fill the form and click on the submit option there is message show that error in date of birth & reg. no. .

     so plz suggest me how to create my mail id and any contact number of responsible authority.
