While creating HUF, is it necessary to prepare declaration deed.
If yes, can anyone send me format for the same.

There Is Nothing As creating HUF
HUF is self Created With The Marriage Take Place .
So There Is No Need For The Deed to Be Prepared
But For Your Reference i Am Attaching The Format For Dissolution And Partition & creation Of HUF
