We have an Private Limited company in India with Capital sum of Rs.1lac. The company has three Directors at present and we are interested in Creating a post i.e Chairman, CEO and COO and assign the three directors to the respected posts, so please specify me the procedure or resolution required for the same

Creation of post of Chairman, COO and CEO are internal process of the Company. At present, law does not regulate creation and maintenance of any of these posts in any company.
Thus, creation of such posts will depend on your Company Board Meeting resolutions only.
