I would say The MONEY matters. The Big4 offer good salaries and then there is the brand.

As it is aptly said. " Aims differ as names differ, Wealth, power, fame attract every human heart"... It's the job profile, the name, the reputation & definately the mollah... But trust me freinds' the Big 4 ( esp. PWC ) is known for some " Good Office Politics "... Read between the lines...
