There's one option which is provided with every message you post
Notify via email when someone replies
or you've to continuously check ur forum messages.

Tick Option i would not prefer... Option 2nd wht u suggested but where do i find that bcz evry minutes new topic added...and it goes on

In your profile there is an option of forum, check your forum messages later for checking any replies

go to your profile and once you post the topic it Forms your thread and each time you can visit your profile to see the Replies given in the Forum to Your Thread

Notify via email when someone replies
the simplest way is to check ur email regularly.....!...everytime a new reply is added to ur thread u receive a notificaion via e-mail...!
so regularly check ur emails....!....i also do the same....!
