happy morning sir I written my cpt 7 th attempt in December 2017 if I qualify cpt, can I request icai to write my ipcc in may 2018 attempt

not possible. first you need to get registration for CA Inter. you are permissible to write examinations after 9 months from the date of registration.

you can write for Nov 2018 only. if registered immediately.
