CPT Registration Letter Still Not Received

Sir, I have neither received my registration number nor my books for June,2012 CPT examination,

I am applied cpt exam april28 2016i dont have any registration letter and books my exam december 2016 .... Books come and don't come to my home for my default and i have only demand draft sr no: 147748.. A rn 874900391in.. iam from visakhapatnam cpe junior college ramnagar... My address puthivari manyam, southjail.road, dabagardens, visakhapatnam.... Please reply my books and registration letter retutn to my home.... Post office pin 530020.. Plese note my regards...
