vl b in any one month july sep or oct 2011...................i want to know that 30% passing subject wise praposak .....whether finalised or not , for Dec 2010 it was not applicable but in 2011 whats the picture / schnaro?

Not applied and not decided by the ICAI up to till date.
It is a proposal only noe and when they will apply, depand on the ICAI only.

No any notification issued by ICAI till date for implementation the same.
Please check on ICAI website for your satisfaction/clarification.
