SEZ Concept Introduced In 2000 But Comes Into Action On 2006 ,But In Some States Even More Time

then what is the correct answer? 2000 or 2006? in the economics book un one place i find tht itz written that the policy was announced in 2000. what will be the correct answer then??

the ans is 2006 ... it was asked when it came into force ... and not when it was introduced ... for the second question ans is d
