There is no position like President in the Planning Commission. There are positions like Chairman and Deputy Chairman in Planning Commission and other members will be there.
Current Chairman of Planning Commission is the Prime Minister..Dr Manmohan Singh
Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission is Shri Montek Singh Ahluwalia.
