Cpt_exams fees online transaction not complete

I'm Narahari. My ID: SRO0324900-CPP, Password: 654GDFAZ. After I was logged in in make payment transaction failed. I was trying last two days but no use. The error message is "3D Secure authenticaton failed". Please help me about make payment I'm using axis & sbi debit cards.
