cpt exam registration

guyd plz help me out....are the forms for cpt exam DEC 2010 available online or do we have to go to one of the centers to fill the form ?

One must go to the branch itself.

You have both the Options.

Either fill and pay online and despatch the form , OR , Purchase from branch, fill and despatch.
