I was very disappointed with my CPT result. I got 94. Can I go for CPT online Exam in Sep, 2010. After that May i go for IPcc in May, 2011.

for IPCE you should be enroled for 9 months or more,i.e., for may '11 attempt you have to register on or before 31st july 2010.
