one of my mate wants to register now for CPT. As the processing takes a lot time, is there any way by which he can still go for dec 2009 attempt of CPT. He is yet to register for CPT.

ya the process is vry time consuming bt its the only way..
i think he should do evrything vry fast or he should talk to bout this to institute..
may be they would be having any alternative to it
