There is no standard Format/Application Form for applying for Revaluation of your Marks in CPT.Institute asks you to Submit a simple Hand written application along with the requiste fees within 30 days from the declaration of results. (It should be in the Candidates own Handwriting.)

I have given d cpt dec 2013 papers for re-valuation/re- checking how to knw status and when there reply will cum..?
