pl let me know what are the penal provision institue can impose on the members in service for not completing reqd cpe hours.

What I have heared is that till now there is no penalty clause, but the member shall not eligible for empanelment with ICAI for carrying out Govt audits and bank audits.

Yes. I wrote first post for members in practise. But I was not clear about members in job, thats why I wrote second post.
