an intimate letter 143(1) showing 80g is calculate 0
total tax is 0

No. You cannot claim deduction if you don't have any balance of taxes.

Deductions under chapter VIA are restricted to GTI.
What type of donation you had claimed. can you provide name of Donee and donation amt in receipt.
