2) ITR V posted to bangalore in september itself, and it is received at bangalore as per speed post track report, but yet CPC is not received

I have submitted Grievance to income tax dept for both the cases a week ago, no reply received yet.

from 2015 most of cases ITR V is not to be sent to CPC, but they can verify it through netbanking or aadhar ( individual) however if the gross income or turnover is above the limit or wrong form is selected then CPC will not respond, you can call them and discuss the issue,

most of the cases where aadhar or netbanking verification is barred are subject to use of digital signature,

eleborate some more details, as which form you submitted and taxable income, to get more detailed reply from members

sending the ITRV by speed post and track record does not confirm the acceptance, as its mere record of envelope, not of the contents. an ordinary post is ranked same for this purpose, Be confirmed that you have selected right form and if you are eligible to submit ITRV then the print is legible ( readable) and signed properly.

What do you mean by CPC recd? Do you mean to say that itrv has been recd by CPC. But then if you mean that then how did you come to know that itrv has been recd by CPC. If it has been recd it will be shown on incometax efiling website and also an acknowledgement receipt will be recd on the email which has been filled in the form.

Also return can be processed only if itrv is submitted and recd at CPC, Bangalore within 120 days.

As regards to 2nd query, after receiving the speed post, it normally takes 2-3 working days to upload the acknowledgement receipt on the website. You get an acknowledgement from the PO that the speed post have been reached. It will be a sufficient proof that you have submitted the return.
