Cpc intimation

Dear all, 

I have received an intimation from CPC Bangalore stating that the return could not be processed because of reasons indicated above (There were no reasons indicated). Anyways, apparently the returns are being transferred for mismatch of TDS credits or area code etc.. 

I just want to know what should be the further course of action from my side. I have a refund of Rs. 15,000 due. 

Please suggest.
