CPA doing CA final

Hello:

I did my CA Final Group I in 1998 and then wrote my group II and couldnt meet the passing grade. I then moved to US. I have completed my CPA here and want to finish my CA Final Group II. Being a CPA will there be any exemptions in writing the Final Group II.

I have purchased the Final Group II text books. However, with a very tight work schedule it has become difficult to put in a lot of time into studying from the text books. Would appreciate if some one could suggest any notes/other guidance material.
