Will the demand for US CPA reduce after introduction of IFRS,since all countries including India (Indian CAs)will be able to handle accounts of international companies through IFRS?

No. IFRS content will be incorporated into the CPA exam. I have worked for AICPA on a vollunteer basis for designing questions for the CPA exam related to IFRS. Hence, I can say that IFRS will not affect the importance of CPA to a large extent.
