NO. YOU CAN WRITE CPA ONLY IN ANY STATE OF USA.YOU HAVE TO APPLY IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE IN USA FOR YOUR CPA EXAM.THIS IS THE CURRENT RULE OF AICPA.
