look dont give up.its ok this happens.this is a life and many fails here.i am not giving motivational speech but work harder this time learn from previous mistakes and dont commit them again

I don't think your three year bachelor degree will suffice the requirements for CPA as it needs 150 credit hours.
You only get a 90 credit hours for B.Com which is not sufficient. You will have to do M.Com(60 Credits) which will make it 150 credit hours.
Or continue with CA. CAs are eligible for CPA as ICAI has signed an MOU with AICPA and other american accounting bodies.
