Can anyone suggest as to how one can write CPA exams.I know that exams are conducted in USA.Apart from this, i need some additional info as regards the course, any website...
All suggestions n advices are most welcome...

if you can mail me the your id i will mail you the details. you search the website in google. i do not remb the correct www. you have to wrtie 4 papers and it is done, all of them all online with objective type and case studies, plz mail i will details

CPA USA
Eligibility:- to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam is determined by individual State Boards of Accountancy. Typically the requirement is a U.S. bachelors degree in accounting with an additional 1 year study. (Bacherlor degree in commerce + CA –pe2 qualification is enough). We need to apply to them
Examination:-can be taken only in the USA and no where else.
Applying for the Uniform CPA Examination:- Prospective candidates must select the U.S. jurisdiction to which they will apply, contact the Board of Accountancy (or its agent) in that jurisdiction to obtain application materials, submit completed applications and required fees as instructed, and once deemed qualified, schedule the examination. Any special requirements that international applicants must meet (such as arranging for an evaluation of their educational credentials by an agency approved by the board) are explained in accountancy board application instructions.
Prospective candidates who are undecided about the jurisdiction to which they should apply may wish to review the requirements of several Boards of Accountancy before making their decisions. Contact information for all boards is available at https://www.nasba.org/

2. Financial Accounting and Reporting,
3. Regulation (tax),
4. Business Environment and concepts
All the papers are online which are of objective type and case studies. The duration is different for each paper.

Are B.com+CA (Pe2) enough ? need we not be qualified ? if so, have we to go trhu TOEFL ? pls clarify. waiting for ur response.

tofel is not required for the other you need to verify. till my information goes it should be enough. there is one more person given details about cpa in other section of the website please check it also.
