The Company has issued Convertible Preference Shares and the maturity time has came to convert them into equity shares, which form is required to be filed with ROC e-form 2 or e-form 3?

Form 2 is for fresh allotment of shares. In your case it is conversion of pref. shares into equity shares. No form is required to be filed with the ROC for conversion of pref shares into equity shares.
