I COULD NOT FILE THE ETDS RETURN FOR GOVERNMENT DEDUCTOR FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2010-11. THE NEW VERSION 2.7 ASK FOR fORM24G NUMBER FOR 2010-11. THE TREASURY OFFICER FILE FORM 24G FROM JULY 2011 ONWARDS . hOW TO FILE THE RETURN FOR 2010-11

I assume that you have already registered your TAN with tin-nsdl.com>the following path

on opening our 'account' with nsdl we get menu 'defaults' tds/tcs etc etc. in the same menu tab you find BIN details click on it you will get HAD the PAO filed the monthly 24G return.
